Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all HBD tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
